Website Advertising Fee Schedule and Requirements

The purposes of KAD include, but are not limited to, the following:

• To advocate for equal access for deaf and hard of hearing Kentucky citizens in order to improve educational, employment and public services
• To develop programs to prepare future deaf and hard of hearing leaders
• To promote public awareness and education about deaf and hard of hearing people
• To support the programs and services of KAD including its boards, committees and public education activities

Contract agreement between KAD and (Vendor) for advertising on KAD’s web site at www.kydeaf.org

• Website posting requests must be submitted to the KAD President by emailing president@kydeaf.org
• Payment for advertising will be due before any posting on www.kydeaf.org website
• Make all payments to KAD, in memo: Advertising fee
• Once an agreement has been approved and accepted and the ad has been posted, the ad cannot be changed without approval from the President.
• Minimum posting is 1 week. We encourage you to post information early as possible to allow a full 30 day posting.
• Web postings are from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month (30 or 31); for 30 days (a month) at a time.
• Maximum dimensions for ads are 200x200 and the ad will only be posted on the front page of the web site. We do not offer site-wide advertising.

Advertising fees: In order to maintain our Kentucky Association of the website we must provide support for our services from our webmaster and web host. Advertising fees help KAD cover costs for running the website.
