Preamble The Louisville Senior Citizens organization exists for the mutual association and social enjoyment of it members. The organization will support measures to better their condition and standing in society at large; and to strengthen their union and fellowship. Purpose
The Louisville Deaf Senior Citizens meet twice a month (1st and 3rd Thursdays) from 10 am to 5 pm at the Derby City Community Center, 1401 Cadillac Court, Louisville, Ky. (From I-264 Southbound ) Take North Poplar Level Rd. at Exit 14. Turn right to Taylor Ave. Go straight to Cadillac Court on your right side of road.
Meeting: every three months: January, April, July and October
The regular membership the society shall consist of deaf senior citizen, age 55 and older, with no discrimination for nationality, race and creed. Associate membership is made up of those spouses of regular member who are themselves not yet age 55. An associate member may not have the voice and may not vote at meetings, may not be elected as officers of LDSC but may serve on committees. Membership dues: Ten dollars ($10.00 per year), including newsletter. Non Membership dues: Eight dollars ($8.00 per year) newsletter only LDSC would be greatly appreciated if you will send your information, news and others to Harriette Head, editor.
